The morning begins with a relaxed foraging walk through the gardens and surrounding hedgerows, learning to identify seasonal plants and explore their traditional uses as nutrient-dense food.
We will then gather indoors for herbal tea and prepare a selection of practical recipes together.Â
A shared seasonal lunch will follow.
Each participant will take home herbal preparatons along with access to a digital Seasonal Foraging and Wellness eBook and recipes for all preparations made during the workshop.
