Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Lynn@naturesalchemy.ie and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
