Our formulations are designed with gentle, carefully selected ingredients and minimal formulations in mind. Every product is handmade in small batches and softly scented with essential oils.
If you are unsure, we always recommend checking the ingredient list and carrying out a small patch test first.
Are your products handmade in Ireland?
Yes. All Natures Alchemy products are handmade in small batches in Ireland.
What makes your skincare different?
Natures Alchemy blends traditional herbal knowledge with simple, purposeful formulations. We focus on high-quality natural ingredients, minimal fillers and sustainable packaging.
Are your products plastic free?
We prioritise refillable and compostable packaging wherever possible. Many of our products are presented in reusable tins or compostable tubes to minimise plastic use.
How long do your products last?
This varies by product and usage. Most balms and body care products last several months when used regularly. A little goes a long way.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within a few working days. Delivery times depend on your location within Ireland.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we focus on Ireland. If you are based elsewhere, please get in touch to enquire.
Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns once opened. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
How do I book a workshop?
Workshops can be booked directly through our website. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.
Do you offer private workshops?
Yes. We offer private seasonal herbal wellness workshops for retreats, community groups and events. Please contact us for details.
